Prestige Organic AOP Cider
This prestige organic cider is produced from apples which are selected from varieties typical of our region, conforming to the strict AOP Pays d’Auge criteria. These fruits are grown in a south-facing orchard on chalk and Cenomanian clay soils, which naturally regulate the water supply to the apple trees.
We pick the apples using an “umbrella” and then store them to mature for 2 months before pressing.
These conditions come together to produce strength, a fragrant delicacy and sweetness in the cider.
The cider can be served as an aperitif, with white meats, fish, mature Camembert, fruit desserts.
The bottle contains 75cl.
