Le vinaigre de cidre biologique est fait à partir de cidre sec, qu’on laisse plusieurs mois avec une mère de vinaigre afin de transformer l’alcool en acide acétique.
Ce vinaigre de cidre s’utilise comme un autre vinaigre. Il est aussi très bon pour la santé.
