Organic Normandy Pommeau

Organic Normandy pommeau is a well-chosen blend of cider apple juice and 14 month oak barrel aged calvados (apple brandy). It is served as an aperitif, but can also be paired with melon, tarte tatin or foie gras. La Galotière pommeau is produced from apple varieties from the Vimoutiers area. It is aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels, which produces a well-rounded and blended pommeau, with an aroma of prunes.
